Send your finalist a 20-minute scenario session. Get back a clean report you can take to leadership: the candidate's choices in work scenarios, where their answers resemble or differ from your team's, three clarifying questions to add to the final interview, and a first-90-days note if you hire.
Nobody is screened out or scored. The decision stays yours — just better informed.
The problem
Everyone is polished in the final interview. Eşik gives three open questions a concrete answer.
Between two good finalists, what do I base my choice on — and how do I defend it to the hiring manager?
The decision profile and team comparison let you discuss finalists side by side without ranking them.
What should I dig into in the final conversation?
The interview compass turns pronounced, contradictory or team-divergent points into three targeted questions.
If I hire, what do the first 90 days look like?
The first-90-days note answers the manager's 'how do I work with this person' from day one.
The report
An executive summary and four pages. Clean, printable, saves as PDF. Each page answers one question.
Executive summary
Three key observations, the team comparison, what to verify.
Decision profile
A behaviour map on six axes: observation, not a score.
Comparison with the team
The candidate against your own team's data. A gap isn't a problem; it's a talking point.
Interview compass
Three targeted questions, why each is asked, and two reference-check questions.
First 90 days note
Becomes the manager's working-together guide if you hire.
How it grows
Three products, one session engine. Each follows naturally from the one before.
Setup: team calibration
At least 5 people from the candidate's future team do the same session once (about 100 minutes in total, within a week). It's free, and comparisons use your own team's answers from the first candidate. Who chose what never appears anywhere.
Every final-stage hire
Eşik
The finalist gets a link; 20 minutes later the report is ready. The candidate sees their own report and can add a note; the interview questions and team comparison in the HR report aren't shown to them.

The new hire's first week
Başlangıç
With the employee's consent, the Eşik report becomes a working-together note for the manager. No extra session.

Norm Check-up
The team plays within a week. The report shows where participants chose alike, where they split, and the gaps between their choices and their guesses about 'what most of this team would pick' — with discussion questions for a team meeting.

Method
In a personality test you write what you'd like to answer. In a hard dilemma, how you decide shows.
Two reasonable options, no scored right answer
Each of 18 workplace dilemmas has two defensible paths. People can still try to fit what they think the role expects, so results are stated preferences, not observed behaviour — and they are verified in the interview.
Six decision axes
Pace under uncertainty, stance in disagreement, decision ownership, process–outcome balance, risk appetite, people–task focus. No pole is 'good'.
Fixed, auditable scoring
Report text isn't freely written by AI; it's selected from pre-written observation sentences. The same answers always produce the same report.
To be honest
The tool's own validity study hasn't been done and the axes haven't been expert-reviewed yet. That's why Eşik isn't sold as a prediction tool: it doesn't say who will do the job well — it adds questions to your final interview. With early customers we run in shadow mode: the report stays closed until you record your decision and observation; then the two are compared.
Trust
People know what they're assessed for and see their own report. Decisions always stay with people.

No. It doesn't screen, score or rank candidates. It describes a final-stage candidate's choices in a 20-minute session and helps you structure the final interview. The decision always stays with you.
