The terms and commitments that apply when using the NormSignal platform.
"Platform" — Refers to the web-based decision analysis platform provided by NormSignal.
"Customer" — Refers to the organization that signs a service agreement with NormSignal.
"Participant" — Refers to the individual who works in the Customer's organization and participates in decision scenarios.
"Decision Scenario" — Refers to game theory-based interactive decision situations.
"Team Metrics" — Refers to behavioral insights generated at the aggregate level.
NormSignal is a SaaS platform that provides organizations with team-level decision dynamics insights. The platform measures team metrics through game theory-based interactive scenarios.
Scope of service: Decision scenario delivery, anonymous data collection and processing, team-level aggregate reporting, HR dashboard access, and trend analysis.
NormSignal is not a psychometric test, performance evaluation tool, or hiring system. These boundaries are binding as contractual commitments.
The Customer agrees to use the platform only for its intended purposes. Platform outputs cannot be used in individual performance evaluations, hiring decisions, promotions, or disciplinary processes.
The Customer is obligated to inform participants in advance about the platform's purpose, collected data, and their rights.
Participation is always voluntary. Participants may withdraw from participation at any time.
NormSignal processes data in compliance with GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation) and KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law).
All game data is pseudonymized with HMAC-SHA256. No metrics are generated for groups with fewer than 5 participants (minimum n=5 rule).

The platform, algorithms, scenario designs, and reporting methodology are the intellectual property of NormSignal.
The Customer may freely use reports obtained through the platform within their own organization but may not share them with third parties.
The Customer's rights over their own data are reserved.
NormSignal targets 99.5% platform uptime. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.
Email support for Professional plan customers is responded to within 24 hours on business days.
SLA guarantees for Enterprise plan customers are defined separately.
The pilot program is free and carries no purchase obligation.
Annual licenses operate in 12-month terms. Invoices are issued at the beginning of each term.
Prices are USD-based. Invoices can be issued in TRY for customers in Turkey.
The contract is valid for the specified duration from the date of signing.
Either party has the right to not renew the contract by providing written notice at least 30 days before the contract end date.
When the contract ends, all data is deleted within 90 days. The Customer may export their data during this period.
NormSignal is not responsible for damages arising from the misuse of platform outputs.
The platform is designed as a decision support tool; it does not produce definitive judgments or automated decisions.
NormSignal's total liability is limited to the license fee paid by the Customer in the last 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
The parties agree to first attempt reconciliation in case of disputes.
